Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in a Trade Account with Highlander. Please review the following Terms and Conditions:
Carriage Paid
Orders over £350 net will be shipped carriage free to UK addresses. Orders under this value will be subject to a carriage/handling charge of £10 + VAT per order.
Minimum Order Quantities
The majority of our lines can be ordered in any quantity; however, some items are only available in boxed quantities. These items are identified on our Price List.
Pricing and VAT
All Trade prices exclude VAT, all RRP prices include VAT. The currency is GBP.
Fulfilment/Drop Shipping & Consignment Stock
We do not offer drop shipping or fulfilment services under any circumstances. Neither do we offer a consignment stock option and all items listed on customer websites must be held in their stock.
Delivery
We ship only to designated shipping addresses. These are set up during account creation. We do not deliver to third parties or alternative addresses without prior approval. Your designated business address(es) can be updated at any time. Delivery is normally by courier or pallet carrier as appropriate.
Ownership of Goods
We retain the ownership of the goods until the invoice is paid in full. At which point ownership passes to the buyer. We retain the right to take any reasonable steps including the recovery of our property should an issue with payment occur.
Order/Delivery Issues
Should there be an issue with your order or delivery, please inform us immediately to allow an investigation to be carried out.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
In the event of goods being faulty or damaged. Please submit a claim to: sales@highlander-outdoor.com.
Please include full details of the items and the damage or fault. Please also include digital images of the items and the issue as this will often expedite any investigation and minimise any unnecessary expense to either party.
Account Type/Terms
New accounts are set up on a Pro-Forma.
Customers may request to move to credit terms by mutual consent once some trading history has been established. Any terms offered would be at the sole discretion of Highlander and credit checks or trade references may be required prior to confirmation of terms. Any customer looking for immediate credit terms is advised to make this clear on their application form.
Excluded Customer Types
We do not offer trade accounts to online-only traders selling exclusively via Marketplaces such as Amazon. Ebay etc.
Traders selling exclusively via their own websites will be considered.
We also reserve the right to reject applications, restrict access to products and close accounts at our discretion.
Verified Seller Status
We operate a verified seller scheme for marketplace selling where certain stock items are excluded from sale on these websites. Sellers may be required to sign up to and comply with these exclusions. Selling via a seller’s own website will not normally be effected.
